Discover Phase: Week long immersion in the WETAG head office located in Lugano, Switzerland. Interviewing owners, marketing executives, and client services leadership. Observing and analyzing processes and functions across these business units, reporting findings each evening to owner and founder, Ueli Schnorf. Dream Phase: Collaborative process involving Ueli Schnorf and co-owner, Philipp Peter, as well as sales and marketing executives to redefine the WETAG content marketing strategy that would align with the strong international and local brand recognition of WETAG. Design Phase: Using the insights derived from the Discover and Dream phases a Brand Brief and Creative Brief were created, which WETAG used to enhance new website functionality and design new content marketing assets. Deliver Phase: WETAG executed the design recommendations over a period of 12 months with ongoing consultation.
